The MRP department is responsible for P&L of spare parts, accessories,
riding gear, sportswear, merchandising, licensing and partnership, as well
as for the development of the retail sales besides the conventional
motorcycle dealer network. Travel
retail, corporate customers and on-line shop are the most relevant
channels.
As director of the business unit, I have direct
responsibility of the product and of
the sales and marketing operations.
I have functional responsibility over supply chain, parts purchasing
and accessory development.
The growth of the business through the
introduction of innovative products and services as well as the support of
the iconic lifestyle positioning of the Ducati brand are the challenges
associated to my role.
